Dr. Arnold Lim received his Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley (1997) Master of Health Sciences with focus on Molecular Microbiology and Immunology from Johns Hopkins University (1999), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University Vallejo, California (2004). He completed a General Surgery Internship at Keesler Air Force Base Medical Center in Biloxi, Mississippi (2005), then Aerospace Medicine Course in San Antonio, Texas (2005). After two years as a General Medical Officer, Dr. Lim went on to complete his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Stratford (2011). In February 2021, Dr. Lim received his Certificate of Added Qualification in Orthopedic Sports Medicine.
Scope of Practice
Includes the entire spectrum of care of orthopedic management from the adolescent to the adult up through the geriatric population with particular emphasis on sports-related injuries. Focus of practice is on preservation, repair, and when indicated the reconstruction of joints, bones, cartilage, ligaments, and tendons to restore function and motion.
